Events
The town of Fort Cobb honored Rick Tripp’s stepfather and several
members were able to attend and ride in the parade. Following the parade members went to Rick’s family home and enjoyed
cold drinks and visiting with his family. Rick’s mother has invited the
club back down to their place and have a fish fry in October.
Janice Buck’s father passed away. The family requested
SCRC escort the family to the cemetery. It was an honor to support our members
during their time of loss.
The Fire On The
Mountain Rally was attended by some members.
It was a great rally
and plans are in place to attend next year.
Eagle Rescue
Kenneth & Vicki Fletcher took part in an eagle rescue
on Labor Day, when a young man had a motorcycle accident. They were in a position to help care of him until he was flown to
the hospital and loaned their trailer to transport his motorcycle back home. Thanks!
This was a great
opportunity to help a fellow biker and remind us that our Eagle Rescue program
needs to move forward. Anyone interested needs to contact Tia.
