Paul presented the fundamental
facts concerning Eagle Rescue. He shared the first document that has been developed
to recognize each members strengths and availability in the event a rescue is needed.
Plans include a local hotel, mechanic, parts and tire contact to assist. A
need for tools, trailers and other rescue items has been recognized and a fundraiser is in the works to fund the program. If you are interested in participating and being identified as a source for Eagle
Rescue, please fill out the form attached. A database is being developed for
quick information and response. The forms can be emailed to the first officer
or turned in to Paul at the next meeting. Paul will present an Eagle Rescue at
each meeting.
Brian obtained a safety DVD
that played during dinner. It will be available for presentation at an upcoming
meeting. An Emergency Medical Card website was identified and a link has been
established via the website. Please take a moment and prepare an ID card in the
event a accident occurs. Brian will be presenting safety updates each meeting.

A discussion concerning a directory
of members contact numbers and email address was well received. The question
will be posed to all members along with the October minutes to identify anyone wanting to be excluded in the directory. The directory will have protection and be members only access.
At this time the club needs
funds to supply the Eagle Rescue program. A fundraising garage sale was suggested
and approved. Suzanne Wize, Vicki Brimm, and Penny Bowden volunteered to organize
the project.
